The project will establish an Emmaus community enabling 30 homeless people per year to access residential accommodation, training and employment skills and assist them to reduce or eliminate personal problems, addictions and offending behaviour. The core of the project will be the refurbishment of an existing building to provide 15 residential rooms for homeless people.
