This organisation will develop a self-management programme designed to reduce loneliness and isolation to help improve the mental health of people who maybe struggling with life due to their epileptic seizures. Individuals aged 18 and over will be able to access a number of activities including' 1:1 counselling, breathing and relaxation exercises, and peer support. They will also run training sessions for family members.
