The project will expand the current level of support to families experiencing difficulties by increasing its trained volunteers from 25 to 70. Over 100 families will now receive support through home visits. The project will work in five of Slough's most deprived areas, and will help prevent major family crises through providing support early. Volunteers will help parents develop parenting skills, improving family life.
