This project will increase the rates of tenancy sustainment among recently rehoused homeless people through the provision of life skills, social networks and employability training, advice and information. The project will help 700 rehoused homeless people. The project will support previously homeless people to maintain their tenancy by focusing on improving employability skills and reducing social isolation as a long term solution to homelessness. This five year grant will fund staff salaries.
