The group will support people with disabilities to take part in sport and wellbeing activities. This includes football, horse riding, sailing, tennis, bowling, dance and yoga, as well as gardening and environmental projects. Alongside physical activities, individuals will also be supported to develop their IT, numeracy, literacy, communication and social media skills as they learn more about healthy choices for the mind and body.
