The funding will be used to support 30 children with additional learning needs and 20 older people in the community to reengage with their environment and community through offering opportunities to learn together through nature and outdoor learning. The project aims to reduce isolation and improve confidence mental health and wellbeing following Covid-19 lockdowns.
