The funding will be used to run a series of gardening sessions. The project aims to provide activities which benefit people's wellbeing and reduce social isolation following the restrictions of lockdown. We will reach out to help isolated and vulnerable people ease back into the outdoor and social spheres. They will run gardening taster sessions for vulnerable people at eight of their gardens - these will provide safe spaces to help people manage anxiety learn new skills make friends gain confidence and establish connections with their local communities.
