The funding will be used support adults with physical and learning disabilities to gain necessary training and experience to help move into paid employment. The group will deliver health social and specialist educational care services to members provide a programme of outdoor farming-related activities for individuals with a defined need through therapeutic farming and woodland activities. They will also offer the opportunity to grow fruit and vegetables by using individual allotment plots.
