The funding will be used to support young people aged 13-18 through the transition of the lockdown to a more active life by addressing any challenges and trauma caused by the pandemic. It will support young people to build resilience and equip them to adapt to change by offering a mixture of group online one-to-one online and face-to-face sessions. The project aims to improve mental health.
