The funding will help deliver psychotherapy to support those suffering with their mental health isolation and insecurities as a result of the pandemic. Qualified therapists will offer a range of activities free or affordable to people surviving on low-income and welfare benefits. It will include 1:1 sessions therapeutic groups activity based groups peer support and friendship groups. The project will include face to face work (when permitted) and online meetings.
