The funding will be used to employ an additional advisor enabling the group to meet the higher demand for services during the COVID-19 crisis where people with sight loss will be supported and advised with regards to issues impacting them. This will include accessing food banks and essential services during the pandemic with the aim of reducing isolation and promoting wellbeing.
