The funding will be used to deliver the �Bridging the Gap� project which has specific focus on 'Embedding Culture and Building Understanding' around domestic abuse and breaking the cycle of domestic abuse through awareness prevention and safe and early Intervention in the workplace'. The grant will allow the organisation to continue on from a pilot project and reach up to 4800 employers and employees across a range of workplaces and community organisations every year. The project aims to build understanding around domestic abuse within the workplace and encourage managers and HR staff use the insight from its sessions to build their own strategies and policies.
