The funding will provide advice and support via telephone web chat and email during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as still opening the office for the most vulnerable community members who are unable to access the services via the internet or telephone. The project will ensure the organisation is equipped to deal with the increased demand for its services during the crisis including food bank referrals and benefits employment debt and housing advice.
