The East European Resource Centre (EERC) is using funding to continue providing ongoing support for Central and Eastern European migrants based in London over the next three years. The project will develop a peer outreach volunteers network which will see community members trained to support access to specialist advice and other services through online community groups. The funding will also help create a referral network of important services that currently are unable to reach or respond to the needs of non-English speaking clients and the development of user-friendly materials both online and in print explaining rights around welfare housing and health and how users can access them in relation to their immigration status.
