The project will deliver horticulture activities for vulnerable adults with learning and physical difficulties/disabilities and people with mental health issues. This will help people to improve their skills, opportunities and wellbeing through mentoring, personal development support, therapeutic and social horticulture activities, work placements and community enterprise training.
