The group will work with young people who have autism, emotional or behavioural problems or a physical or learning disability, to plan and develop regular social activities which will be suitable for young people who are unable to attend mainstream activities without additional support. This will enable young people to be in control of their own activities, and the activities will reduce isolation and improve mental health and wellbeing.
