This group will develop their project and support people with mild to moderate mental health needs through a range of nature based therapeutic interventions that focus on improving mental wellbeing, physical health and social inclusion. The project will include gardening sessions, workshops, healthy cooking sessions and communal lunches. A minimum of 90 people with low to mid-level mental health needs will directly benefit and 30 volunteers and 900 community members through open workshops and events.
