This project will use peer mentoring to support 360 vulnerable people to realise their potential and actively contribute to their communities. The peer mentors will use their lived experience of severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD) to empower, build resilience and improve the well-being of the people they support. The project will improve life chances of all involved by connecting people with their local community, building their confidence and skills and providing volunteer opportunities.
