This is a project by a charity based in Stroud benefiting people nationwide. They will use the funding to host a residential weekend, where individuals and families affected by Gaucher Disease will learn about the latest medical research, services and support available. This will provide the opportunity for families to engage, share experiences and learn from healthcare professionals away from a clinical environment which will improve health and wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
