The project will work with people who have Parkinson's, adults with mild to moderate memory loss and families with identified problems to reduce barriers and help them manage their conditions. Activities like 'Parkinson's Dance', 'Memory Art' and 'Arts for Parents' will support around 200 people over four years and help improve their lives and prospects.
