This project supports young people with learning difficulties who are disadvantaged through their disability, suffering from mental health problems or have struggled in mainstream education. The project will provide 150 people aged 14 and over with training, qualifications and work experience aimed at improving confidence, self-esteem and employment prospects, while reducing social isolation. Sessions will develop skills in catering, floristry, office skills, small animal care and hairdressing.
