The project aims to improve the lives of over 2400 refugees and asylum seekers in Suffolk. A new family support worker will address problems including female genital mutilation, forced marriages and trafficking, a new physical health service will deliver culturally appropriate health advice and a youth participation project will include one-to-one academic support, anti-radicalisation sessions and sexual health advice.
