The project will support vulnerable adults with mental health issues and/or mild to moderate learning disabilities living in Clacton. They will be given the opportunity to gain and develop vital skills and confidence needed to ensure they become empowered and more active in their community, increase their independence and reduce issues of isolation and loneliness. The project will provide practical help, general support and training as well as one-to-one confidential services.
