The project will continue to develop the community garden which helps disadvantaged adults with long term unemployment, mental and physical health issues, gain volunteering opportunities which will develop their self-confidence and individual skills. The garden offers a calm, peaceful and rural setting for people to volunteer in. This gives people, who are currently in a situation of learned dependency and far from the employment market, opportunities to take part in volunteering and social interaction.
