The organisation will use the funding to deliver three weekly physical activity sessions for children, adults and families including dance, boxercise, body pump, sports, orienteering, and healthy eating workshops. The project will provide volunteering opportunities, set up a steering group to aid its delivery, and offer one to one information, advice and support from health workers.
