The organisation will use the funding to provide mentoring and coaching workshops and a volunteer work programme for 20 beneficiaries, including those from the local BME community, aged 19 plus who are not in education or employment. This will enable the organisation to increase the participant's interpersonal skills, communication skills and self-confidence, thereby improving their chances of securing employment or engaging in further education.
