The organisation will use the funding to develop a capacity building volunteering programme for young people targeting young migrant workers, refugees and asylum seekers; first generation and second generation of migrants, and black minority ethnic groups in the local community. This will increase skills and communication to improve employment opportunities and improve integration and community cohesion.
