The project will provide an expanded range of advice services in rurally isolated areas in order to improve the lives of vulnerable people and families. Volunteers will be recruited, alongside side an existing cohort of volunteers, and trained to support and sustain the advice process and will also be responsible for the majority of the new email, webchat and telephone advice services. Specialist welfare benefits advice for clients who are on low or no income and facing debt issues, will also be available.
