The organisation will use the funding to deliver exercise and health awareness roadshows in four local community centres to people aged over 50 who have mobility issues and live in isolation. This will enable the organisation to engage with the target beneficiaries through interactive sessions to enhance the participants' knowledge in regular physical activity, the effects of drinking and smoking, the importance of healthy eating and positive mental health and wellbeing.
