The organisation will use the funding to provide mentoring support for 50 disadvantaged young people in the 8-21 age group who are socially isolated and have limited support networks. This will enable the organisation to work closely with the beneficiaries to increase their communication skills, enhance their social and emotional development and help them to resist becoming involved in risk-taking behaviours or anti-social incidents.
