The project will offer outdoor volunteering, training and education opportunities. It will engage people who are at risk of or are experiencing poor mental health, in creating, developing and maintaining community green spaces. Its aim is to improve the overall wellbeing, resilience, skills and social networks of disadvantaged individuals and communities. Beneficiaries will be engaged in ecotherapy activities and recovery and wellbeing will be supported through peer and employability support programmes.
