A project to support the health and well being of women in Sefton who are carers of people with mental health issues, women who are long-term unemployed, single parents, have poor mental health and few or no formal qualifications. The scheme will run craft making workshops to encourage women to explore employment options and ways to set up their own enterprises such as knitting, candle making and up-cycling discarded materials, to enable them to sell their products and create a sustainable income.
