This project will develop to help reduce re-offending rates within high risk and gang affiliated young people aged 16-25. Many will be short-term and repeat offenders trapped in a cycle of poverty, homelessness, addiction, and mental ill health. The project will help to increase their self-confidence and help them make better lifestyle choices. A range of interventions will be used including support in prison, day centre provision offering support and advice, recreational activities and training.
