This school will use the funding to deliver extra-curricular physical activity sessions in local primary schools. By providing access to health and physical activities to children who are inactive, the school hopes to encourage more active lifestyles and develop motor skills, spatial awareness and co-ordination. In doing so the students will be better able to participate in physical activities as well as reduce their risk of ill health, obesity and other problems stemming from sedentary lifestyles.
