The grant will be used to develop plans for a project to provide a service for adults furthest from the labour market and from areas of multiple disadvantages to develop the skills for self-employment as social entrepreneurs, including those aged over 25, people with disabilities, older people and women. The development funding will be used for programme development costs, consultation with specialist support organisations, partnership development and support to develop programme proposals.
