The organisation will use the funding to work on a one to one basis with 25 people who are suffering extreme exclusion as a result of substance misuse, mental ill-health, housing, criminality and financial problems to create personal development pathways. This will aim to address issues and reflect on their strengths with the aim of re-engaging with mainstream society, activities and institutions.
