The organisation will use the funding to deliver accredited training and activities to young people aged 18-24 with physical, sensory and learning disabilities in subjects such as work skills, citizenship, healthy living and personal safety. This will enable the group to provide support and skills training to young people making the transition into adulthood to improve their self-confidence, communication and coping skills so that they are prepared for work and independent living.
