The organisation will use the funding to offer life skills support and training, such as employment skills, personal development and confidence building, budgeting and health and nutritional advice. They'll also provide opportunities to volunteer or undertake work experience for local people. This will improve educational attainment and employment prospects to reduce local levels of unemployment and reliance on benefits.
