The organisation will use the funding to provide self-defence workshops for young people. This will enable the organisation offer accessible exercise opportunities that will promote physical fitness, conflict resolution, inclusivity and sense of worth in young people. This will address concerns regarding obesity and engage young people who might otherwise be involved in crime or antisocial behaviour, thereby producing healthier, more active people and stronger, collaborative communities.
