The organisation will use the funding to offer extra-curricular activities to pupils that have severe and complex needs. This will enable the organisation to run activities using specialist sensory equipment for students with sensory processing disorders, which are not issues that are considered main objectives within the national curriculum. Evidence shows that multi sensory activities can help improve the children's development in physical movement, communication and self esteem.
