The funding will be used to improve its current outdoor garden area by installing flagstones for better wheelchair access, as well as deliver outdoor therapy sessions for community groups working with people with disabilities or mental health problems, open days and volunteer training programmes. This will promote the benefits of activities like horticulture, gardening and access to safe outdoor spaces as a method of coping, gaining skills and improving wellbeing.
