The funding will be used to run a twice-weekly support activity for men and women returning from armed service who may be having problems adjusting to civilian life due to post-traumatic stress syndrome, financial hardship, isolation or alcohol addictions. This will provide social opportunities for ex-service people, as well as signpost them to other support, encourage them to shape the service to best suit their needs, help them to integrate into the community and improve their quality of life.
