The group will use funding to deliver a series of activities for newly arrived BME members of the community, to include conversational English workshops, job search, health based activities for children and crafts for women. This will encourage people from different cultural backgrounds to get together and gain a greater understanding of each other and make friends, with the aim of reducing isolation, anti social behaviour and unemployment amongst beneficiaries.
