The organisation will use the funding to deliver a five day programme of activities for young people aged 11 years old moving from primary school to secondary school, including bushcraft, team building, leadership, map reading, orienteering, camp craft and a one day social action project, to help aid the young people's transition into their new environment, improve their self-confidence, develop new skills and promote self-reliance to enable them to reach their potential.
