This project will use the funding to provide a new service that has been developed to support residents from Islington, who are in low paid work or zero hour contracts and struggling due to poverty, to sustain their employment. The project will work with both employees and employers to give advice on welfare benefits, employment law, family law, debt and housing. Volunteers will be trained to offer one-to-one advice and group sessions and a telephone advice line will also be available.
