Supporting Vulnerable Families in Oldham - Prosiect

Home-Start Tameside and Oldham will help support vulnerable families with children under the age of five. Families will be matched to a trained volunteer who will visit the families in their own homes to provide practical help and improve emotional health and well-being. The group will aim to increase parentsÂ’ confidence in their parenting abilities and in terms of general confidence to leave the house and access community facilities.
