This project aims to increase the confidence, self-esteem, independance and employment for people with Down's Syndrome by providing the opportunity for them to become sessional trainers. It directly benefit some 90 people with Down' Syndrome and indirectly benefit a further 1200 people in the health and care sectors by providing training sessions in issues around Down's Syndrome.
