This project seeks to improve the menal health and well-being of 80 young women aged 12-25 from black and minority ethnic communities in Edinburgh through a programme of counselling and groupwork, which will address issues of isolation, poor self-esteem and self-confidence and improve the mental health awareness of the young people taking part. This three-year grant will fully fund two existing part time staff and the purchase of video equipment.
