This project will increase service provision by analysing and improving the volunteer role. This will involve auditing the database, gaining feedback from volunteers, developing and implementing a recruitment system, management system and sharing information. Training will be delivered for staff to better manage volunteers. The volunteers will have training to increase their skills in the type of work they are involved in as well as having the opportunity to gain a level two qualification in customer care.
