This is a continuation of a pilot project that aims to empower the local Nepali community around Farnborough and Aldershot, by making positive changes to their health and wellbeing, specifically focusing on substance misuse. The project will raise awareness about drugs, host workshops, facilitate discussions between service providers and provide activities for young people. Due to changes in immigration legislation in 2006 and 2009, these areas received a large proportion of Gurka settlers.
